Dian Whelan, 74, of Plymouth, MN and Ely summer resident, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 30, 2017.
Preceded in death by husband, James; son, Michael; parents, Kenneth and Ruby Hampton; brothers, Ken, Jr. “Speed” and John.
Survived by daughter, Carolyn (Joel) Klaers; grandsons: David, Daniel and Kevin. Special thank you to the North Memorial Hospice Team. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. on
Monday, August 14 at Word of Peace Lutheran Church, 21705 129th Ave S., Rogers. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
